About Glenapp Castle: Experience peace and tranquillity in the luxurious surroundings of this spectacular Scottish Baronial Castle, set amid thirty acres of magnificent gardens and woodland on the beautiful Ayrshire coast. Children When sharing with an adult, accommodation for children under 5 years old is free of charge, with meals charged as taken. Children aged 5 to 15 years, when sharing a suite with two adults, are charged a Dinner Bed and Breakfast Rate of £100.00 per day. Arrival and Departure Times Guests may arrive at the castle from 1.00pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, check out time is 11.00am Deposit and Cancellation We require a deposit of £100.00 per room per night at the time of booking. Please note that a reservation constitutes a contract with the hotel. Deposit payments are not refundable if the reservation is cancelled thirty days or less from the date of arrival. An administration fee will be charged on all refunded deposits. If the reservation is cancelled 72 hours or less from the date of arrival, the cost of the reservation is liable to be paid in full. We therefore strongly recommend that guests insure against cancellation.
