About Almara Chalet: Almara is situated in Northmavine the most beautiful area on the main island, and includes Ronas Hill the highest land mass in Shetland. Spectacular coastal scenery can be enjoyed at Hillswick and Eshaness. Fantastic walks. Birds, seals, and if you are lucky even otters can be seen. Almara is also surrounded by some of the best wild brown trout lochs and in early and late season some good sea trout are caught off the beach below Almara.
