About Tidewater Cottage: A charming experience: a quaint, former eighteenth century fishermen's cottage with all the convenience of a modern dwell restored in 2002.Tidewater Cottage offers its guests a peaceful and stylish accomodation in a really, unique atmosphere in the small marine village of Gardenstown just 50 miles north of Aberdeen.The cottage features a dining room with a fireplace - logs and coal are provided - tastefully furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and an extractable table with chairs. Again a cable television with VCR equipment and a radio CD player. Two windows overlook the seafront and the harbour respectively. The kitchen, fully equipped, has two electric ovens, a ceramic hob, electric kettle and toaster. Bathroom with shower cubicle and heated towel rail. Hairdryer. Double bedroom with a queen size bed, a wardrobe and an electric trouser-presser. There is also room to accommodate a crib for a child aged less than 5 years upon request. Attached to the cottage is a laundry room with all the necessary for washing, including a washing machine, an iron board and a sink for handwash. Outside, at the gable, a reserved parking area suitable for one vehicle only. Bed linen, towels and household linen are all provided. In winter time the cottage is supplied with electric storage heating throughout. Tariffs from 195£/week.
