Fenton House is a traditional Town House dating back to (1830) which is situated in the friendly town of Auchterarder, minutes from the Gleneagles Golf Course. The house has been tastefully renovated to a very high standard, retaining all traditional features including a log burning stove in the kitchen and feature fire places in the lounge and all bedrooms. This enchanting house comes with all modern conveniences; central heating, colour television, DVD and stereo system, heated towels and bed linen are all included in the price. Private parking is also available. The accommodation comprises of entrance hall with small study, lounge/dining room, kitchen/utility room with dining area leading onto a patio/garden with a scenic view of the Ochil hills. On the upper floor the hallway leads to three bedrooms; one kingsize, one twin and one single and also a shower/bathroom.
