Fenton House is a traditional Town House dating back to (1830) which is situated in the friendly town of Auchterarder, minutes from the Gleneagles Golf Course. The house has been tastefully renovated to a very high standard, retaining all traditional features including a log burning stove in the kitchen and feature fire places in the lounge and all bedrooms.
This enchanting house comes with all modern conveniences; central heating, colour television, DVD and stereo system, heated towels and bed linen are all included in the price. Private parking is also available.
The accommodation comprises of entrance hall with small study, lounge/dining room, kitchen/utility room with dining area leading onto a patio/garden with a scenic view of the Ochil hills. On the upper floor the hallway leads to three bedrooms; one kingsize, one twin and one single and also a shower/bathroom. Fenton House, Auchterarder is on the door step of the world famous Gleneagles Hotel and Golf Resort, where the Ryder Cup will take place in 2014.

Closer to home Auchterarder known amongst the locals as The Lang Toon (a name coming from its extended high street) has little left of the 1200 burgh and is now famous for its shops making it a heaven for the serial window shopper. In Auchterarder, Whitemoss and Dunning you will find horse riding, fishing, shooting and falconry. There are many Celtic chapels and Benedictine abbeys in the town and surrounding areas for the History addicts.
