About Balmashanner Farmhouse: We are situated only 5 minutes from Forfar Town Centre and the A90 road network.

We offering a non-smoking, family establishment and accept children and pets.

Accommodation comprises of 3 double rooms and 1 single room with private shared facilities. All rooms have colour television with Freeview, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, welcome tray, fluffy bath robes, hot water bottles, fresh laundry and towels. All rooms have central heating, visitor information and books and magazines to read. WiFi internet access is now available in of our rooms.

Rooms per night are £25 bed and breakfast for the single, and £20 bed and breakfast per person in a double (single occupancy applies) and a 3 course evening meal at £18 per person. We now have a room service menu available.

Balmashanner enjoys a rural setting with spectacular views of the countryside and is suitable for families, walkers, fishing, shooting, there are ample areas to exercise dogs.
