About The Potters Rest: The Potters Rest is located in the heart of the picturesque seaside holiday village of Portpatrick. The cottage occupies a quiet position but is within a very short walk of the seafront, beach, local shops and restaurants etc.

Prices range from: £200 to £500 Per Week

Surrounding area: The village of Portpatrick is located in southwest Scotland on the Mull of Galloway. The village is the closest point between Scotland and Ireland and was for many years the main mail and passenger link between the two countries. Since the end of the nineteenth century Portpatrick has developed as a holiday resort.

We are in the centre of Portpatrick.

The nearest train station is Stranraer and it is 7 mile(s) away.

The nearest airport is Prestwick and it is 45 mile(s) away.

Additional notes: The cottage is steeped in history but benefits from all modern amenities including dishwasher, central heating, DVD player, Sky TV, etc. The original character of the house has been retained following refurbishment with the Sitting Room having a coal fire.
To the rear is a large but steep garden with summerhouse, which enjoys unrivalled stunning views over the Irish Sea to Ireland.
