About Greenacres: Greenacres is a luxury, self-catering accommodation excellently located just a few minutes from the renowned Gleneagles Hotel and Golf Course.
This beautiful house has been newly refurbished to provide beautiful, high quality holiday accommodation in one of the most enviable locations in the village of Auchterarder, just minutes from an abundant selection of shops, restaurants and pubs.

Greenacres, a two bedroom cottage sleeping up to six people, is nestled in a picturesque rural location with paddocks to the front and extensive landscaped gardens to the rear. At the foot of the garden runs a crystal clear salmon and trout river, which is seasonally abundant with fish and from here the cottage has the added and unique benefit of full fishing rights.

A private seating area on the river bank provides a peaceful and exclusive spot for fishing or for simply taking in the beautiful scenery of the surrounding countryside.
The garden also provides a barbeque area complete with table and chairs for an outside dining option, and the luxury of a fully heated outdoor spa, which can be enjoyed at any time of year and is perfect for relaxing in after a day of golfing and activities.
To the front of the property runs a gravel driveway with ample parking for 6 vehicles as well as an indoor garage which can be accessed from the interior of the cottage.
The property interior is beautifully furnished and designed to a very high standard and is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The interior comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge, a spacious and fully equipped dining kitchen and utility room and a sun room leading out to the patio area, outdoor spa and gardens beyond.
