About Lorne House: Lorne House is an attractive Bed and Breakfast in Leven, Fife, run by the resident proprietors David and Carol Hutton. All guests are assured of a very warm welcome and a very pleasant stay. Lorne House has three bedrooms, two with ensuite facilities and the third has its own private bathroom. All bedrooms have colour television, tea/coffee facilities, hair dryer, shaver point and mini fridge. Two of the bedrooms overlook the golf course, with the third overlooking the countryside. Residents can relax in the gardens or in the spacious lounge, which has Sky television. There is ample private parking for all guests' cars. For guests who wish to enjoy the wide range of sports on offer, we have safe storage for sports gear and full drying facilities. A broadband internet connection is now available in all rooms at Lorne House. We are here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and if there is anything we can do to help you plan your outings etc, we will be pleased to assist.

Surrounding area: Leven is located on the sweeping sandy Largo Bay on the golden coast of Fife. There are four golf courses in town or nearby, plus many more superb links courses are within a short drive, including St Andrews Old Course. Fife has a well-deserved reputation as the Home of Golf. Leven has a modern sports centre, and is located on the Fife Coastal Path, as well as being convenient for Fife Cycleways. From Leven, the East Neuk is a short drive, with its Blue Flag beaches and picturesque old fishing villages. Inland there are castles, gardens and many more attractions to explore. The cities of Edinburgh, Dundee, Perth and Glasgow are all within easy reach for a good day trip for the family.
