Head chef Addy Daggert, twice winner of the Grampian Chef of the Year competition, was Head Chef at the Craigellachie Hotel where he maintained their AA 2 rosette standard. He joins owners Andy Picheta and Rebecca Ferrand as they offer relaxed, informal dining in the newly refurbished conservatory, cocktails in the piano lounge and a choice of seventy whiskies in the bar. Our two sous chefs, Christian Rhein and Johan Sikkema, complete the kitchen team. Both of them play a full part in the development of dishes as well as delivering high quality service seven days a week.
