This attractive property has been tastefully decorated and furnished for your comfort where you may care to relax in the beautiful surroundings of this coastal village or tour this most attractive part of Moray-Shire which hosts many amenities including golf, fishing, dolphin sighting, horse riding and walking along sandy beaches.

Accommodation comprises:-

Ground Floor :- With Varnished natural pine flooring

Lounge:- TV, DVD player, video player, Freeview, cast-iron wood burning stove with period surround, games, jigsaws, books and DVD’s for guests to use during their stay.

Kitchen:- Fully equipped with breakfast bar, gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, automatic washing machine and dish washer.

Large double Bedroom :- Front and rear facing windows, Mexican pine double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, Victorian cast-iron fireplace with natural slate hearth.

First Floor:- Fully carpeted

2 further double bedrooms:- Both rooms are front facing with Dormer windows and original period fire places with pine surrounds. Mexican pine double beds, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.

Bathroom:- 3 piece bathroom suite, separate shower cubicle with electric shower.

Outside:-
Garden:- Self contained fully enclosed garden with sitting area. The garden is very private and sheltered from the wind. You could sit out in the garden and relax after a hard day sightseeing. When the sun shines the garden is a lovely sun trap.

There is an enclosed driveway to the side of the cottage with large gates giving ample enclosed parking for your car.

Surrounding area: Relax in the beautiful surroundings of this coastal village or tour this most attractive part of Morayshire which hosts many amenities including golf, fishing, dolphin sighting, horse riding and walking along sandy beaches.

Portgordon offers a relaxed stop over with plenty of fishing heritage to explore and activities such as walking, sailing, fishing, diving, cycling, golf, tennis and bowls available nearby. It provides an excellent tourist destination for exploring this unspoilt region.
Portgordon facilities include small supermarket, Hairdressers, Post Office & pubs within walking distance of the cottage. The town of Buckie is 1½ miles away for larger shops and restaurants. With Inverness, Aberdeen & Aviemore all only 1 hour and 15 minutes away.
For those who wish to explore the whisky and Castle trails these can be accessed locally.

The many coastal fishing villages set at the foot of dramatic high cliffs for which the area is renowned are well worth visiting. So why not come and spend time exploring this wonderful area of Scotland.

We are in the centre of Portgordon.

The nearest train station is Elgin and it is 10 mile(s) away.

The nearest airport is Aberdeen and it is 45 mile(s) away.
