11 The Square is a Grade II Listed house located in the attractive tree-lined main square of Grantown-on-Spey, in the heart of the Scottish Highlands.

11 The Square is a four bedroom stone built traditional house, arranged over three floors, with views over the main square and the Cromdale hills beyond.

Sleeping 6-8 people, there are two doubles and two singles, all stylishly furnished, plus a double sofa-bed. The contemporary living/dining room is a wonderfully relaxing space. The house has a spacious fully equipped kitchen and modern family bathroom. To the rear there is a large private garden laid largely to lawn with mature shrubs and fully enclosed by original stone walls.

The house combines fresh contemporary style, relaxed comfort and elegant original features.

Surrounding area: Founded in 1766, Grantown-on-Spey is an attractive Georgian town with a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Situated within the Cairngorms National Park, the town is surrounded by ancient woodland and has wonderful views of the surrounding hills and mountains.

Grantown-on-Spey is also the gateway to the Speyside whisky distilleries, and has the sandy beaches of the Moray Firth nearby.
