About Invermark Guest House:
Invermark House is a family run Guest House, professionally run, offering our guests first class accommodation with an emphasis on personal attention in a relaxed and homely environment.

Invermark House owned and run by Jeanette French, is an elegant, detached Victorian Villa set in its own spacious, peaceful and pleasant grounds. The property was built in 1856 at the time of the "Jute Mill" boom when it is claimed that Broughty Ferry was one of the wealthiest suburbs in Europe.

For the last 40 years it has been referred to either as a Guest House or small hotel.

Surrounding area: Broughty Ferry is an up-market suburb of Dundee and lies approximately four miles from the city. To town features a railway station and has a comprehensive bus service to and from the city. Dundee has a small airport dealing mainly with internal flights and a railway link to all major cities in Scotland including Glasgow, Edinburgh and Inverness.
