THE ROCOCO EXPERIENCE Head Chef Mark Tamburrini is clearly one of Scotland’s outstanding young talents. He is recognised for using only the finest, locally sourced ingredients to compliment his signature style of modern Scottish cooking with hints of French influences and a warm twist of rustic Italian. Mark has a passion for fresh seafood and game, prepared simply yet exquisitely - a passion he bestows on the young chefs in his kitchen. He takes pride in their work and achievements and places high emphasis on training and supervision.

This attitude has helped Rococo gain great recognition with the dining public in the past year or so, they trust they will find an innovative yet unpretentious menu selection and are safe in the knowledge that consistency and quality of execution is guaranteed.
