About Restaurant Rococo: Rococo is one of Glasgow’s finest restaurants. Classic dishes and contemporary flavours prepared by the most skilful chefs make this an ‘A’ list dining option in the city centre. Impeccable service, sumptuous surroundings, modern yet contemporary ambient music complimenting the stunning décor and a wine list fit for connoisseurs with over 300 hand selected bins by Alan Brown himself.

Perfect for private parties and corporate functions alike. Rococo is an outstanding example of affordable luxury.

THE ROCOCO EXPERIENCE Head Chef Mark Tamburrini is clearly one of Scotland’s outstanding young talents. He is recognised for using only the finest, locally sourced ingredients to compliment his signature style of modern Scottish cooking with hints of French influences and a warm twist of rustic Italian. Mark has a passion for fresh seafood and game, prepared simply yet exquisitely - a passion he bestows on the young chefs in his kitchen. He takes pride in their work and achievements and places high emphasis on training and supervision.

This attitude has helped Rococo gain great recognition with the dining public in the past year or so, they trust they will find an innovative yet unpretentious menu selection and are safe in the knowledge that consistency and quality of execution is guaranteed. The whole experience in Rococo has been designed to delight the guest at the same time as leaving in an element of surprise, for example with the silver service domes, which are an attractive and fun feature as part of the main course.

The staff are all dressed in immaculate uniform, making it easy for the guest to distinguish them from management and other guests. Rococo has been awarded 2 AA rosettes for 2002, is featured in the Good Food Guide and the Michelin Guide as well as being a member of Taste of Scotland. Attention to every detail of service, ambience, food and décor has found Rococo winning the title of SLTN & Drambuie Restaurant of the Year 2001/02, as well as being Highly Commended by Spirit of Glasgow Auchentoshan and Mark has achieved Highly Recommended Restaurant of the Year Chef 2002.
