About Maitlands Bar: Seafield Arms Hotel & Maitlands Bar in Whitehills is a friendly, traditional village pub with an open coal fire and years of local history and heritage on display with all the pictures and photos on the walls and the bar counter itself together with lots of instruments and equipment having come from local fishing boats.As well as the well stocked bar, there is a restaurant on the same level for up to 30 people and all the dishes, including sauces and accompaniments are home-made using the best quality ingredients - locally sourced wherever possible and are cooked to order to maximise flavour and freshness. The menu offers classic favourites such as lasagne and steak & ale pie but there are also some special dishes using the great quality fish, seafood, Scottish beef and game.In the summer the large beer garden is used for barbecues and al fresco dining or simply enjoying a drink in the sunshine, or under the stars.With 3 en-suite bedrooms available for bed & breakfast upstairs there’s hardly any reason to ever leave!
