Six miles west of Grantown, the disused church was built in 1826 on the site of the medieval parish kirk. Immediately to its east, stands the massive granite ashlar mausoleum of the Grant earls of Seafield designed in 1837 by William Playfair. The church is now owned by the Clan Grant Society, who hopes to establish a Clan Centre & Museum.
