About Out West Charters: Based in Stromness we provide boat trips to the Old Man of Hoy and sea angling trips off the West Mainland. Multitudes of sea birds and seals abound on our doorstep. Porpoises, whales and dolphins are seen regularly in August. Orkney offers a wide variety of sea angling with many species to a respectable size.
