The Smiddy House: As the name applies it was a smithy for many years and operated until the end of World War Two. After that it had several uses, until its conversion to a self-catering cottage in 1997/98. It has one double bedded room, the sitting / dining room has a friendly atmosphere getting the morning sun early in the day.
