Invermark House owned and run by Jeanette French, is an elegant, detached Victorian Villa set in its own spacious, peaceful and pleasant grounds. The property was built in 1856 at the time of the "Jute Mill" boom when it is claimed that Broughty Ferry was one of the wealthiest suburbs in Europe.
For the last 40 years it has been referred to either as a Guest House or small hotel.
