Rowan Cottage: Rowan cottage is a self catering cottage centrally situated in the village of salenon the Island of Mull. It is an ideal base from which to tour and explore the island. The accommodation consists of 1 double and one twin bedroom, the dinning kitchen , shower room and sitting room. There is a garden area accross in the croft where you will find a picnic bench and barbecue it is ideal for a game of fooball, rounders etc. The cottage has an open fire from which the central heating can be operated if required.

The village also contains the local hospital, doctors surgery and a church. there is also a petrol station located within the village. The munro` Ben More` is to be found around 8 miles from the cottage and is one of the very few rising from sea level.Mull is a bird watchers paradise with the sea eagle hide attracting many visitors. A trip to staffa, whale watching, birdwatching , climbing, fishing, golfing, the list is endless are all on the doorstep.
For the kids 'Balamory' set in Tobermory is only 10 miles up the road
