The area has an abundance of wild life, the Pine Martens visit the veranda'a of the lodges looking for their treats of peanut butter, jam or an uncooked egg. Also seen are Seka Deer, Roe Deer, Red Deer, Golden Eagles, Sea Eagles, Osprey to name but a few. At this moment in time the Red Deer can be heard rutting from across the Loch and on the mountain ridge behind the lodges.
