Dava Way: This is a pleasant easy walk or cycle ride between the towns of Forres and Grantown on Spey along the disused highland railway.
Rural, forest, farmland and moorland, there are two small settlements, old railway stations of Dunphail and Dava, on the route.
Wear appropriate footwear and carry wet weather clothing. Take food and drinks with you. There is no public transport along the route although the path is never far from the main road. There are no services along the route such a cafes hotels etc.
